01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "92jeto", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 92jeto platform and its operating entity, operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or attempts to register an account on the 92jeto platform.
• "Platform" means the 92jeto website, mobile site, and any applications made available at 92jeto.app.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player upon successful registration and KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 92jeto wallet using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or any other non-cash incentive credited by 92jeto to the Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be turned over in eligible games before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including CNIC verification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation where requested.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services offered via the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 92jeto Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and 92jeto.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and Conditions, and by doing so, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 92jeto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92jeto enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and conducts CNIC-based age verification during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as Players.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 92jeto or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 92jeto or any other gaming operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

92jeto reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Account Obligations

As a registered Player on 92jeto, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You must notify 92jeto immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you report a security breach to 92jeto.
• You must keep your personal information, including contact details and payment method information, accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must cooperate fully with any KYC or enhanced due diligence request made by 92jeto, including the provision of CNIC copies, proof of address, utility bills, and source of funds documentation where required.

92jeto reserves the right to lock or suspend an account pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 92jeto Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Approved Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash via authorised agents.
• Minimum Deposit: PKR 200, or the equivalent minimum specified for each payment method on the cashier page.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 92jeto aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual transfer time depends on the payment method and is outside 92jeto's control.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific conditions. 92jeto may require additional verification for withdrawals to new payment destinations.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. 92jeto reserves the right to modify these limits.
• Currency Conversion: USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 92jeto does not guarantee exchange rates.

92jeto does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and may trigger an AML review.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

92jeto offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed registration and KYC verification, unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for individual promotions are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Balances must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unused Bonus Balances will expire and be forfeited at the end of this period.
• Real Money Balances are used for wagering before Bonus Balances, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• 92jeto reserves the right to void, reclaim, or adjust any bonus or promotional winnings if 92jeto has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 92jeto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 92jeto Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to game-specific rules published within each product section:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 92jeto does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• 92jeto uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games and slots. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 92jeto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. 92jeto's decision in such matters is final.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are subject to specific event rules published in the sportsbook section. Settlement is based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, PCB for domestic Pakistani competitions).
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world events conducted by authorised dealers and are not subject to RNG. All live sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
• 92jeto reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum winnings, or number of bets per Player, market, or event at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other unlawful means will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92jeto Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 92jeto, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other mechanical, electronic, or automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or any collusion strategy in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, disguise your identity, or misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of sporting events offered on the 92jeto sportsbook.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct towards 92jeto staff, agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, brand names, game graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 92jeto Platform are the exclusive property of 92jeto or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 92jeto. Unauthorised use of 92jeto's intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

The 92jeto name, logo, and all related marks are the trademarks of 92jeto. Use of these marks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

92jeto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

92jeto may be required by law or its regulatory obligations to disclose Player information to governmental authorities, financial intelligence units, or other regulatory bodies. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law without prior notice to the Player where legally required.

11 Responsible Gaming

92jeto is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications summarising your session activity, wins, and losses.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92jeto shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any part of it.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any services offered through it.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in any information or data provided through the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any technical failure, including server downtime, network interruptions, or data loss.
• Any betting or gaming losses incurred through your use of the Platform, including losses resulting from system errors that are subsequently resolved.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, 92jeto's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 92jeto's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92jeto makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

13 Termination

92jeto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where 92jeto has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or the financial system.
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order or is otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• Closure is required to comply with a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement obligation.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 92jeto customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92jeto holds its gaming licence.

Any dispute between you and 92jeto that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution designated by 92jeto's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 92jeto from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

15 Amendments

92jeto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92jeto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform, email, or both. Non-material changes may take effect without specific notice.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
